Group Marketing Plan Rate Deviations - Group Discounts

The Division of Insurance annually approves group marketing plan rate deviations. Insurers typically submit the majority of applications for group marketing plan rate deviations during the first few months of the start of each calendar year with new group applications submitted throughout the year. As approved, these deviations will be posted under the applicable insurer's link below. Be sure to check with your group sponsor (employer, union, association, credit union, motor club, etc.), insurance producer (agent/broker) or insurer to verify your eligibility and the effective date of the group deviation you are interested in.
