Cape Cod Community College – New Science and Engineering Building

This project encompasses the planning, design and construction of a new science and engineering building for Cape Cod Community College to replace the existing outdated science building which opened in the early 1970s.

• New building occupied in August 2022
• Demo of old building to be completed by end of 2022, with final landscaping in Spring 2023
