Continuing Education (CE) requirements for providers

If you are a provider of an educational program, use the checklist to determine if the program meets Board requirements.

CE in nursing program requirements

Prior to offering or advertising that a program offers Contact Hours (CH) that satisfy Board requirements, it is the responsibility of the provider to determine that the program is consistent with the Board's regulatory requirements at 244 CMR 5.00: Continuing Education.

The Board provides a checklist for providers to determine if a Continuing Education Program satisfies board requirements. Use this checklist to assist in determining compliance.
