You can apply for emergency assistance over the phone or in person.
If you need emergency shelter in the Greater Boston Area, contact the Boston Public Health Commission. The Commission provides a range of services including career counseling, job training, and substance use prevention.
If you are in the Worcester area, the City of Worcester's Office of Homeless Assistance can provide referrals to shelters or other housing services.
The City of New Bedford coordinates a comprehensive response to homelessness through the New Bedford Service Providers Network.
