How to renew Renew my Physician Limited License - Same Program
You may renew online by creating an account on our license management system at medboard.mass.gov, linking your account to your license, and viewing your active license. You may renew only during the renewal period, and you will have received an email notification and subsequent reminder emails when you are able to renew.
Click on "Show details", then click on the "Start a Physician Limited License - Renewal Application" link. Click on "Start Application" to begin the process.
You will find detailed instructions to guide you through the renewal process. You will be able to upload any required documents, and pay the renewal fee via Credit Card or ACH transfer.
