The Massachusetts Judiciary uses this public site to provide announcements and updates on current events involving the court system. We do not generally control, moderate, endorse, or respond to the comments, direct messages, or opinions provided by visitors to Twitter. We do not comment on any pending or impending matters or court decisions. Any comments you post here will be available to the public and can be shared with the public or third parties without further notice. All posts are subject to Twitter’s Terms of Service.

Advertisements are placed solely by the host site (Twitter) and are not chosen or endorsed by the Judiciary. 

You cannot transact any court business on the Judiciary’s social media platform (Twitter). Other court information can be found at www.mass.gov/courts.

Code of conduct

All content posted here must be respectful and relevant to the subject being discussed. Please do not include any personal information about you or anyone else. This includes addresses, email addresses, or phone numbers. Please do not post any case specific inquiries.  

The Judiciary has the right to report obscenity, hate speech or otherwise offensive comments to Twitter. Inappropriate content that is hidden or deleted may still be disclosed to the public or third parties without further notice.
