All DMH employees are required to complete the following courses upon hire.

In addition, there are courses required to be completed on an annual, bi-annual, and one time basis listed below. Courses listed below may be assigned to you automatically by HRD, EOHHS or DMH. Required courses can be found by searching (MassAchive) unless otherwise stated.

MANDT System Safety Training - dictated by role/level

Bi-Annual Classroom Requirements

  • CPR/BLS - For direct care staff in facilities and GLE’s
  • First Aid for MAP Certified staff in GLE’s
  • Bi-Annual Course Requirements assigned through Mass Achieve

 

EHS – Human Service Worker Safety (for employees who are not required to complete MANDT System)

Any other training that may be assigned by HRD, EOHHS, DMH or Supervisors/Managers.
