The One Care Implementation Council plays a key role in monitoring access to healthcare and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), tracking quality of services, providing support and input to EOHHS, decreasing health disparities, and promoting accountability and transparency.

MassHealth is looking for diverse voices and perspectives to serve on the One Care Implementation Council. Council members share their experiences, ideas, and feedback to help improve care for people enrolled in One Care.
What is One Care?
One Care combines MassHealth and Medicare benefits into one coordinated health plan for eligible adults ages 21–64. Members have one plan, one card, and one care team, with coverage for medical, mental health, prescription drugs, and long-term services and supports.
Who Should Apply?
MassHealth members with disabilities
Family members or guardians of One Care members
Representatives from community-based and consumer advocacy organizations
Provider or trade association representatives
Individuals from diverse racial, cultural, disability, Deaf, LGBTQ+, and other communities
