The four story school building will be attached to Lydon Library on the North Campus. The building will house five business school departments, the Dean’s suite, a specialty trading room, and five large classrooms.

- The UMass Lowell North Campus is undergoing a sweeping transformation with the recent opening of the new Emerging Technologies and Innovation Center (ETIC) and the planning for the new Pulichino Tong Business Building (PTB)
