MassDOT Planning conducts a wide variety of statewide transportation planning projects, such as the Statewide Bicycle Plan. Plans include elements from overall vision concepts to specific recommendations on individual transportation improvements. Each plan is different in scale and complexity, but all focus on safety and customer service.
