Sub-section 7.10 of the Standard Specifications of Highways and Bridges provides requirements regarding the submission and approval of the Contractor's Traffic Management Plan. These requirements include the submission of a TMP using the Standard TMP submission form. This form can be found on this web-page. The submission and approval of the TMP is required prior to the Contractor implementing traffic management on a Contract. These requirements only apply to Contracts that include Standard or Supplemental Specifications dated September 30, 2023 or later.
