The capital projects component of the Trial Court’s Facilities Management and Capital Planning Department represents the Massachusetts judicial system as the user agency in all projects that involve construction and major renovation of courthouses. Capital Planning plans and manages construction and renovation projects approved by the Court Administrator that fall within the statutory threshold for management by the court system as the user agency.
