Trial Court Waste, Fraud, and Abuse Hotline

The Massachusetts Trial Court has established a hotline, along with other methods, to receive reports of waste, fraud or abuse of Trial Court funds or property.

The Comptroller encourages state entities to ensure awareness, prevention, and detection of fraud, waste, and abuse, or non-compliance with an Internal Control Plan or published policies and statutes. This service provides definitions and examples of waste, fraud, and abuse, as well as various methods to submit a report. It also provides guidance on what should not be reported through this process, and other available avenues for various complaints are identified.
