Programs and services for older adults aged 60+

Home Care Program 

The Home Care Program provides in-home meal prep, laundry help, personal care support, and more for aging adults who need support with day-to-day activities that are part of life.

Senior Nutrition Program 

The Senior Nutrition program provides healthy and nutritious home-delivered and community meals that can be medically and culturally tailored to suit your preferences. Program enrollees can receive nutrition counseling from the local dietitian.

Behavioral Health 

Finding help for your mental health is important, and we are here to support you. Our agency offers services specialized to support adults aged 60+ and their caregivers with behavioral health needs.

Protective Services for Adults 60+ 

Adult Protective Services protects older adults abuse and connects them with services and support to help reduce the risk of further abuse.

If you are a victim of abuse or suspect abuse, call the Massachusetts Elder Abuse Hotline at 1-800-922-2275 or file a report online at mass.gov/ReportElderAbuse.

Free health insurance counseling 

If you have Medicare, a SHINE counselor can provide free health insurance information and counseling for you or your caregivers. Certified counselors help you explore options and uncover ways to save money on both health insurance and prescription drug costs. 

Aging Services Network 

Find with your local Aging Services Access Point (ASAP), Area Agency on Aging, or Council on Aging to connect to services to help you be your best self at every age.
