BELIEVE (Black Employees Leading in Inclusion, Equity, Vision, and Excellence) is an Employee Resource Group (ERG) at DTA that is dedicated to Black professionals. Its mission is to enhance the well-being of employees through networking and educational events and creating leadership opportunities with a focus on recruitment, retention, and advancement of Black professionals at all levels of DTA.
BELIEVE is committed to diversity, equity, inclusion and access and considers them the foundation and strength of their work. BELIEVE membership is open to all DTA employees who are committed to BELIEVE’s mission.
