Bowker Overpass project

Bowker Overpass replacement and widening over I-90 / MBTA / Ipswich Street. MassDOT is restoring the outdated infrastructure of the Bowker Overpass in Boston. The project will create new multimodal connections and enhance the surrounding parkland.

The Bowker Overpass is a major connection across the Massachusetts Turnpike. This project will replace the bridge superstructure and improve safety and mobility through the area.
