Chapter 40R – Smart Growth Zoning

M.G.L. Chapter 40R offers a voluntary zoning program for cities and towns across Massachusetts to implement locally driven changes to build new homes and mixed-use development and better manage growth in well-suited locations with sufficient existing or planned infrastructure.
