The Massachusetts Military Heroes Fund (MMHF) is a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing support to the families of fallen service members with ties to Massachusetts who have died as a result of active duty service post 9/11. The Massachusetts National Guard Education Assistance Program provides a 100% tuition & fee waiver for active members of the Massachusetts Army National Guard attending a state college, university, or community college program. Assistance can continue as long as you are good academic standing and until you have reached 130 semester hours. To apply, you must request a Certificate of Eligibility every 30 credits from the MA National Guard Education Office. To request on call: (508) 968-5889

Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to children (MSPCC) is a private, non-profit society dedicated to leadership in protecting & promoting the rights & well-being of children & families. MSPCC’s work focuses on preventing or mitigating the effects of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) including physical, sexual, & emotional abuse, neglect, substance abuse, household mental illness, & domestic violence. Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemeteries honor Veterans and their families as a lasting tribute for their service and sacrifice to our nation. Located in Agawam and Winchendon, our cemeteries offer free burial for eligible Veterans and charge a nominal fee for spouses and dependents.
