Complaints against an LSP

If you think a Licensed Site Professional has acted inappropriately, or a non-LSP has acted as, advertised as, or otherwise held himself/herself out to be a LSP you can file a complaint with the LSP Board.

The LSP Board holds each LSP to a high standard of professionalism. If you believe that a LSP has failed to act with reasonable care and diligence, or knowingly made a false or inaccurate statement in an opinion or report submitted to MassDEP, you can file a complaint with the LSP Board.
