Debarred, Suspended or Decertified Contractors

The Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) provides lists of contractors who have been debarred, suspended or decertified.

The debarred contractor's list consists only of individuals and firms suspended or debarred by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance pursuant to G.L. c. 29, §29F and G.L. c. 149, §44C. The decertified list provides information on contractors currently decertified, by DCAMM who are not eligible to bid on public projects for which DCAMM Certification is required under M.G.L. Chapter
149, Chapter 149A and/or Chapter 25A.
