LONG, J. The self-insurer appeals from a decision ordering §34, temporary total incapacity, §34A, permanent and total incapacity, and §§13 and 30 medical benefits. We find merit in the self-insurer’s arguments that the administrative judge failed to properly perform an analysis of the insurer’s §1(7A) defense. However, since these errors are harmless, we affirm the decision.
