Overview of Board Meeting: Northeast Energy Center LNG
Pursuant to Massachusetts Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §§18-25, 980 CMR 2.04(1), and St. 2021, c. 20, recent legislation allowing the continuation of remote open meetings via videoconferencing until April 1, 2022, the Siting Board meeting will be conducted using Zoom videoconferencing. The Siting Board will meet to consider the Tentative Decision in EFSB 18-04/D.P.U. 18-96.
As announced at the Siting Board meeting on October 6, 2021, the public comment portion of the Board meeting is complete, and the Board will proceed with completing the staff presentation, comments from NEC, deliberations, and a vote on the Tentative Decision.
