NOTICE OF MEETING

Pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, §20, notice is hereby given of a meeting of the Board of Boiler Rules to be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 05, 2026 at the Department of Fire Services, Boards & Commissions Room 101, 1 State Road, Stow, MA 01775.

Per M.G.L. Chapter 146, §3, a mandatory hearing will be held during this meeting to hear petitions for changes to the existing rules made by the Board.

Please be advised that recording meetings, by any means, including the use of any A.I. applications, without prior permission, is strictly prohibited

It is anticipated that the following subjects will be discussed at this meeting:

• Review and Approval of minutes from previous meeting held on October 01, 2026
• Review of approved inspection extension requests:
• Kendall Station, Cambridge
• 522 CMR Subcommittee 
• Updates for the Board from DFS Staff
• Matters not reasonably anticipated by the Chairman
• Adjournment
