NOTICE OF MEETING

Pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, §20, notice is hereby given of a meeting of the Board of Boiler Rules to be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 06, 2025 at the Department of Fire Services, Boards & Commissions Room 101, 1 State Road, Stow, MA 01775.

Per M.G.L. Chapter 146, §3, a mandatory hearing will be held during this meeting to hear petitions for changes to the existing rules made by the Board.

Please be advised that recording meetings, by any means, including the use of any A.I. applications, without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

It is anticipated that the following subjects will be discussed at this meeting:

• Review and Approval of minutes from previous meetings on October 02
• Review of approved inspection extension requests:
  • Stony Brook/ MMWEC – Ludlow
  • Flexcon Industries - Randolph
  • Salem Harbor Station - Salem
  • Agri-Mark Inc. – West Springfield
• Inquiry from Commonwealth Fusion Systems (update)
• City of Boston, Henderson School (update)
• Updates for the Board from DFS Staff
• Matters not reasonably anticipated by the Chairman
• Adjournment
