Overview
The Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs’ (EEA) Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness (MVP) Program team is anticipating the release of its next Request for Response (RFR) for MVP Action Grants through the ECO One Stop in January 2026. To prepare for this release, the MVP team will be hosting an informational session to give an overview of the MVP program, highlight project examples and transferable tools, and answer questions. You must register for the webinar to attend.
IMPORTANT: This webinar will cover the MVP Action Grant program only. EEA is offering a separate webinar series that covers the new ECO One Stop application process, and how to use the new Grants Management System (GMS) that will occur after the RFR is released.
If you have any questions, please reach out to mvp@mass.gov.
