Overview   of Hike to Horseshoe Cove 11/6/22

Fees: Free

Meet at Wachusett Reservoir Gate 22, Rt 140, West Boylston. GPS address 167 Temple St, West Boylston. About 2.5 miles round trip. 

Get to know the water supply that provides clean drinking water to over three million people. About 2.5 miles round trip along forest roads and footpaths with some inclines to rewarding shoreline views of Wachusett Reservoir. Dress for the weather, wear sturdy shoes and bring water.

Dogs are not allowed on water supply protection lands.

Hikes will be a slow pace and last about 2 hours. In the case of inclement weather, hike may be cancelled or modified. To check on hike status please call 774-261-1809 or email Kathryn.Parent@mass.gov.
