Learn to Fish
Meet at Wachusett Reservoir Gate 8, Intersection of Cross Street and Route 70, Boylston.
In partnership with the Boylston Public library, join us at Wachusett Reservoir Gate 8, at the intersection of Route 70 and Cross Street in Boylston. Hike to the Reservoir and practice the basics of fishing: responsible angling, tying knots, baiting hooks, casting, and retrieving techniques. Join us for as little or as long as you like between 10 am and 2 pm.
Fishing poles, bait, and tackle will be provided. A fishing license is not required to fish during this educational event.
Please keep any pets at home. Dogs are not allowed on water supply protection lands.
