   1. Notification and Confirmation: This meeting is being held via Zoom under the Governor’s executive order granting authority for such virtual meetings.
   2. Confirmation that MCB records SAB meetings, allows for local recordings and makes such recordings available to the public.
   3. Welcome to members of the public attending the meeting and instruction about Q&A period.
2. Vote to accept minutes of the previous (March 28^th) SAB meeting. Note: April meeting postponed to May.
