Public Hearing Notice  MPTC Academy Dismissal & Instructor Revocation Appeal Hearings

Under the provisions of G.L.c. 30A, ss. 10-11 and the Standard Judiciary Rules of Practice and Procedure, 801 CMR 1.02-1.03, the Police Standards Subcommittee of the Municipal Police Training Committee will conduct Open Hearings on Tuesday, September 22, 2026,to be held in-person, starting at 10 a.m. at 42 Thomas Patten Drive, Randolph, MA, with the first beginning at or about that time, and the next beginning when the one before has concluded, until all scheduled hearings have been completed.The Standards Subcommittee will hear the appeals of former Student Officers Tesire McClain and Sodna Jules from their dismissals from the Boston Police Academy and former instructor Lukas Horn from the revocation of his MPTC instructor certification(s).

Those attending virtually will not be able to comment or interact during this meeting.
