Under the provisions of G.L.c. 30A, ss. 10-11 and the Standard Judiciary Rules of Practice and Procedure, 801 CMR 1.02-1.03, the Police Standards Subcommittee of the Municipal Police Training Committee will conduct an Open Hearing on Monday, December 8, 2025, to be held in-person, starting at 10:00 am at 42 Thomas Patten Drive, Randolph, MA.The Standards Subcommittee will hear the appeal of former instructor Aaron Fitzpatrick from the revocation of his MPTC instructor certification(s).

Those attending virtually will not be able to comment or interact during this meeting.
