Public Hearing Notice  MPTC Police Standards Subcommittee Officer Instructor Appeal Hearings

Under the provisions of G.L.c. 30A, ss. 10-11 and the Standard Judiciary Rules of Practice and Procedure, 801 CMR 1.02-1.03, the Police Standards Subcommittee of the Municipal Police Training Committee will conduct an Open Hearing on Monday, March 31, 2025, to be held in-person, starting at 10:00 am at 42 Thomas Patten Drive, Randolph, MA, with the first beginning at or about that time, and the next beginning when the one before has been completed, until all of the scheduled hearings have been completed or continued. The Standards Subcommittee will hear the appeals of former instructors Jordan Cannava, Jason Montalbano & Matthew Jones from the revocation of their MPTC instructor certification(s).

Those attending virtually will not be able to comment or interact during this meeting.
