Overview
Under the provisions of G.L.c. 30A, ss. 10-11 and the Standard Judiciary Rules of Practice and Procedure, 801 CMR 1.02-1.03, the Police Standards Subcommittee of the Municipal Police Training Committee will conduct Open Hearings on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, to be held in-person, starting at 2:00 pm at 42 Thomas Patten Drive, Randolph, MA, with the first beginning at or about that time, and the next beginning when the one before has been completed, until all of the scheduled hearings have been completed or continued. The Standards Subcommittee will be hearing the appeals of the dismissal of Student Officers John O’Leary and Nyasialys Ortiz Williams from the Fitchburg State University Police Academy.
Those attending virtually will not be able to comment or interact during this meeting.
