3. Krabbe Disease:
   1. Discuss established criteria used to determine addition of disorders to  mandated screening panel.
   2. Vote
4. Review of process for evaluating condition nominations.
5. Status of implementing DMD, pilots and mandates (Roger B. Eaton, PhD.)
6. Metachromatic Leukodystrophy (MLD), Presentation by Olaf Bodamer, MD, PhD, (Florian Eichler, MD and Dean Suhr available as discussants).
7. Listening Session:
   • 20-minute public comment period. Members of the public are invited to share comments or make brief presentations of no longer than 3 minutes. Note our next condition for discussion will be Metachromatic Leukodystrophy (MLD).
   • Please pre-register your participation by emailing Tresa.Glover-Smith@mass.govno later than Tuesday, 11/11/25. The moderator will call on individuals who register to share comments in the order in which those registrations are received.
