Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given that the Department of Agricultural Resources, under its authority pursuant to M.G.L. c. 128, §27, which requires the Commissioner of MDAR to hold a public hearing when prohibiting the delivery within the Commonwealth nursery stock, fruits, plants, and parts thereof from outside the Commonwealth, will hold a public hearing to propose restricting the import, sale, and propagation of the following plants:
- Aralia elata (Japanese angelica tree)
- Symplocos paniculata (sapphire berry, Asiatic sweetleaf)
