SRC Vision and Mission

Vision: Ensuring that all individuals with disabilities are supported to live their best lives, through consumer-driven, meaningful, competitive, and integrated employment and sustainable careers.

Mission: The Massachusetts State Rehabilitation Council (SRC) is a diverse, inclusive, and equitable advisory body that is committed to promoting competitive and sustainable employment for all people with disabilities, including those marginalized by inequalities.

1. Call to Order and Introductions Led by Inez Canada from 5:00-5:10 pm
   1. Followed by a Reading of Vision and Mission Statement Led by Volunteer
2. Approval of Meeting Minutes Led by Inez Canada from 5:10-5:15 pm
3. Old Business Led by Inez Canada from 5:15-5:30 pm
   1. Followed by an Intrudciton to new admin support by Amy Karr and;
   2. A membership update and;
   3. Compliance obligations discussion and;
   4. NCSRC request for nominee
4. New Business Led by Doug Mason, Joe Bell, Ronaldo Fujii, Steve LaMaster, and Naomi Goldberg from 5:30-5:55 pm
   1. Followed by Committee Reports and DEIA Council Updates and;
   2. MassAbility Commissioner Updates and Reports led by Commissioner Toni Wolf and Deputy Commissioner Kate Siebel and from 5:55-6:40 pm;
   3. NextGEn Updates Led by Amanda Baczko and Michelle Banks and the MassAbility Team from 6:40-6:50 and;
   4. Updates from the Office of Learning and Community Engagement and;
   5. CAP and Ombudsman joint report led by Naomi Goldberg and Amanda Baczko
