Join the monthly virtual Caregiver Support Group for anyone working with adults served by the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services who are legally blind, DeafBlind, or have a visual impairment.

- If you are a new member, please complete the Caregiver Support Group Registration Form online or download the form below and email to Lisa DiBonaventura at lisa.dibonaventura@mass.gov
- After Lisa receives your registration is received, she will email you the link and phone number for each virtual meeting every month.
