Overview of Wachusett Watershed Guided Hike: Winter Habitat Family Hike
Meet at Wachusett Reservoir Gate 22, Rt 140, West Boylston. GPS address 167 Temple St, West Boylston. About 1 mile round trip.
Discover the wildlife of the watershed and search for different types of habitats and signs of wildlife. Think like an animal as we look for cozy winter resting places. Dress for the weather, wear sturdy hiking shoes, bring trekking poles, ice cleats, or snowshoes depending on trail condition. About 1 mile moderate walk. All ages welcome on this family-friendly hike. Hike may be canceled or modified for weather and trail conditions.
Dogs are not allowed on water supply protection lands.
