Overview of Workers' Compensation Advisory Council Meeting via WebEx - 4/10/2024
The Workers' Compensation Advisory Council (WCAC) plays an important role in making sure the Massachusetts workers' compensation system runs efficiently and effectively. We monitor and make recommendations on workers' compensation bills, and report on all aspects of the workers' compensation system.
There will be the Chairman's welcome, DIA updates by Senior Judge Omar Hernandez, Director of Administration Bill Taupier, Director Sheri Bowles, and WCAC Executive Director Maureen O'Connell. Director O'Connell's update will include the 2023 - 2024 legislative session. Action items include minutes from the February 14, 2024 and March 13, 2024 meetings.
