Eligible Seasonal Communities must complete this Project Proposal Application form to be considered for a Seasonal Community Grant Program award.

This form includes two Sections:

Section 1: Applicant information

Section 2: Proposed project(s) details and Grant Funding Request

Applicants should review the FY26 SCGP NOFA before submitting an application.
