The Land Court’s Guidelines on Registered Land provide consistent and reliable filing requirements for documents presented for registration at the Registry Districts. Last amended in 2009, the Registered Land Guidelines are periodically supplemented by memoranda issued by the Chief Title Examiner. The Land Court, through its Guidelines Committee, is now in the process of revising and updating the Guidelines on Registered Land. In the interim, please refer to the Land Court’s website for updated forms and all the Chief Title Examiner memos to ensure you are referencing the latest guidance.
