Please use this Catalog item to request an Azure AD account for an authorized Commonwealth Contractor, Vendor or Guest.

EOTSS uses Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) to manage enterprise identities and access. Benefits include:

  • Single sign-on simplifies access to your apps from anywhere
  • Conditional access and multifactor authentication help secure data
  • Governance ensures the right people have access to the right resources, and only when they need it

An Azure AD account is used to log in to Commonwealth-issued devices, Office 365 (O365) applications (including Outlook and Teams), Adobe applications, the Commonwealth VPN, and other Commonwealth-offered applications and services.

Please note this item is NOT used to create an Azure AD account for a Commonwealth FTE. If you need to create an Azure AD account for a Commonwealth FTE, please use the “HR Deprovisioning” Catalog item.

Pricing   for Active Directory

There is no cost to create or manage an account for an end user; however, each individual application or service that EOTSS manages accounts and passwords for may have a separate licensing charge.

How to request   Active Directory

Please note: Internal agency IT Liaison (ITL) approval is required in order for EOTSS to process this request.
