The EOTSS End User Service Desk is an IT help desk for Commonwealth employee and authorized business partner end users.

EOTSS End User Support services span across several departments. The End User Support Services team is comprised of nine (9) support departments: the End User Service Desk, Advanced Technical Services, Service Desk Operations, Deskside Support, Executive Support, Messaging, Platform Support, Accounts Management, and Enterprise Print.

The End User Service Desk provides first and second tier technical support to Commonwealth end users. These technical support specialists answer phone calls, respond to incident tickets and requests remotely, and also provide in-person support when needed.
