What you need
Apprentice Plumber License Applications must be completed online. Applications mailed to the board will be returned.
To complete an application, enter all required information and upload the following documents:
- Statement of Employing Master Form
- Notarized CORI Authorization Form
- 2x2 Passport-Style Photo
Fees
Active military members, their spouses & military veterans may qualify for fee-reduction benefits under the Valor Act.

How to apply
- Applications, renewals, and reinstatements must be submitted online through the eLIPSE portal.
- You will be asked to submit all required documents via the eLIPSE platform and will be notified of any required next steps.
- Payment will also be made via the eLIPSE platform.
