What you need
You will need to submit the following:
- Letter from CEO authorizing application and identifying project manager.
- Project narrative
- Tree Planting Plan
- Project budget
- Letter(s) of endorsement from Municipality and/or other partners (if proposal includes plantings on partner held property).
- Letters of support from Municipal Tree Warden or appropriate commission (if planting occurs on municipal land).
- Planning Board meeting minutes, or documentation that reflects planting plan approval (if planting occurs on municipal land).
- Articles of Incorporation and IRS 501(c)(3) letter (non-profit applicants)

How to apply
Applications must be submitted via the new Grant Management System for EEA by Friday, July 11, 2025 at 4:00 pm.
