What you need
The Dam and Seawall Program is open to local government bodies and nonprofit organizations. Submission requirements may vary by round but generally include the following:
- Completed application
- Site plan(s)
- Opinion of Probable Cost, if requesting construction funds
- MEPA Project ID, if requesting construction funds
- Climate Resilience Design Standards Report
How to apply
The FY27 application for the Dam and Seawall Program has closed. FY27 applicants can view their submissions on EEA’s online Grant Management System (GMS).
