What you need

You will need to submit the following:

  • Application form signed by an authorized official
  • Municipal Open Space and Recreation Plan, if not already on file with DCS
  • Appraisal reports for acquisition projects

Two information sessions will be held. Applicants are strongly encouraged to attend the ‘in-person’ session that will be hosted at the DFW Field Headquarters in Westborough on Thursday, May 8, 2025 at 11:00 am.  A second virtual session for those unable to attend in person will be held on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at 2:00 pm via MS Teams.  Please RSVP to Melissa Cryan or (857) 274-7173 no later than Monday, May 5, 2025 if you plan to attend either workshop.
