- Municipal Open Space and Recreation Plan, if not already on file with DCS
- Appraisal reports for acquisition projects

It is strongly recommended that the Applicant attend the in person “how to” grant workshop on May 6, 2024 at 11:00 am at the DFW Field Headquarters at 1 Rabbit Hill Road, Westborough. DCS will also host a virtual workshop on May 9, 2024 at 2:00 pm. Please RSVP to Melissa Cryan if you plan on attending either workshop. If attending the virtual workshop, she will send you the Teams invitation when you RSVP.
