- You must be willing to provide vaccinations to the community (beyond your own staff and/or patients)

Once you have confirmed your site's eligibility, follow the steps below to submit your application via email.

Email ColorHelp@mass.gov
Email ColorHelp@mass.gov with the following information:
- Your organization name
- A short description of how you intend to use the platform (e.g., community flu clinics, etc.)
Complete a Site Agreement
- You will need your MIIS PIN
- Select the box, “Site intends to use the Color Application to bill for administration costs,” if you will use the designated third-party billing service integrated with Color: Email vaccine@umassmed.edu for questions about whether your organization can work with the third-party billing service
Complete a User Agreement
Complete a User Agreement for all staff members who will be using the platform. Please keep the User Agreements on file. DPH may request them at any time.

Once we receive your information and confirmed eligibility, we will send you a link to complete the registration information and training materials. Once you have registered, it may take up to 3-5 business days to have your site configured on the platform.
