Avaya one-X Communicator is the desktop application that lets you manage your MassVoice telephone on your PC, providing you with simple, intuitive access to their everyday communications tools. You can better manage communications tasks, making you more productive, responsive, and accessible regardless of where you are working on any given day.

Pricing

There is no additional* fee for Avaya one-X Communicator (Soft Phone).

Avaya one-X Communicator (Soft Phone) is available at no additional fee to MassVoice customers.

How to request

Please note: Internal agency IT Liaison (ITL) approval is required in order for EOTSS to process this request.

Legacy Service: 

Add: 80% within 7 business days 

Modify: 80% within 3 business days

Remove: 80% within 3 business days

Customer

  • Must be an existing MassVoice customer to request this service.
  • Responsible for adhering to the EOTSS Standard Rules of Engagement.
  • For the legacy Soft Phone “Add” service only: Responsible for acquiring the required VPN Services prior to submitting a request. 
  • Responsible for completing testing and providing confirmation to EOTSS.

EOTSS

  • Responsible for confirming configuration of the software and coordinating testing with the customer.
