Bid on DCAMM c.25A Energy Projects

For companies looking for information regarding procurement of DCAMM energy (including water) management, climate change adaptation, and resilience design/build projects.

DCAMM c.25A E-Bid Room (hosted by Bid Express) is an electronic RFP platform for companies interested in providing consulting, design, and construction services or materials to support our energy (including water) management, climate change adaptation, or resilience design/build projects.

This includes projects procured under M.G.L. c.25A, § 11C.

DCAMM c.25A E-Bid Room Registration

To view general information on DCAMM c.25A energy projects, companies must register with Bid Express, the DCAMM c.25A E-Bid Room host vendor. There is no cost to register with Bid Express for DCAMM’s c.25A E-Bid Room.  If your company already has a corporate account with Bid Express, please ask your account administrator to add your email to that account. 

How to Participate in DCAMM c.25A Project RFPs

All companies wishing to participate in online RFPs through the DCAMM c.25A E-Bid Room, must register on Bid Express and then be verified by the DCAMM Energy & Sustainability Group. To be eligible to submit a proposal as a prime contractor on a DCAMM c.25A project, a vendor must also be DCAMM Certified (see RFP or DCAMM website for further details).

DCAMM c.25A E-Bid Room Verification

In addition to registering with Bid Express, the DCAMM c.25A E-Bid Room host, companies wishing to view and download complete RFP documents, and/or submit proposals for DCAMM c.25A projects, must submit the DCAMM c.25A E-Bid Room Verification Form to initiate this verification process. 

Please note, certain RFP documents (i.e. plans and drawings) for certain high security projects are not posted online.

Be aware that both the DCAMM c.25A E-Bid Room and verification discussed here are distinct from the existing DCAMM c.149/149A/30 E-Bid Room. Those companies who have already been verified for access to the DCAMM c.149/149A/30 E-Bid Room will still need to apply for access to the DCAMM c.25A E-Bid Room by completing the Verification Form linked above.

Copies of RFP documents for each project currently posted on the DCAMM c.25A E-Bid Room are available by appointment for public viewing in DCAMM’s offices, located at 1 Ashburton Place, 15^th Floor, Boston, MA.
