To cancel an IRP registration, you must complete the IRP Affidavit for Cancellation of Registration.

There is no fee to cancel an IRP registration.

Complete the IRP Affidavit for Cancellation of Registration and bring it to the following RMV Service Center locations along with the plates and CAB Card:
